Brilliant word of mouth has made our Self-Care Series extremely popular. We frequently meet people who tell us they are still using the skills learned in the workshops several years later to live a better life. This makes us very happy!

The Self-Care Series can be designed around the needs of your workplace or group. It has been tailored for physiotherapists, dog-catchers, librarians, corporate executives, and psychologists, just to name a few groups! It encourages the use of up to date evidence-based skills to reduce burnout and enhance resilience, longevity, psychological and physical health, and productivity in the workplace.

The self-care workshops are extremely practical. And pretty entertaining. Expect to be able to stay awake. Expect as well to walk away with a number of useful and relevant skills to manage life with greater finesse at work and at home.

Retreat-A-While Series

Take a vibrant tropical island, add a 5 star resort, a dash of excellent professional/personal development plus soul-fuelling activities. It all equals recalibration + relaxation+ rejuvenation.

When you emerge from your retreat? You and your group will be ready to calmly face what comes next with plenty of energy in the tank thanks to a unique combination of evidence-based techniques taught be a clinical psychologist who practices what she preaches.

Our retreats are typically between 3-5 nights and are located where we can be immersed in nature. Each day incorporates 2-3 hours of workshops + activities which are woven amongst other activities which can include massage, yoga, adventure, and just chilling out.
